Plantation Management Company is proud of their reputation of providing excellent nursing care in their facilities. Just as medical providers have grown to handle additional complex medical conditions, Plantation Management Company facilities have broadened their expertise to care for those more complex needs such as those requiring in-center hemodialysis.

Golden Age Nursing Home in Denham Springs and Sterling Place in Baton Rouge are the two Plantation Management facilities fortunate to have a DaVita Dialysis Center located ONSITE. Chateau living Center in Kenner has a Davita Dialysis Center located next door.

Our Residents NEVER have to leave the premises to receive dialysis treatment. A staff member will escort the resident to the appointed treatment time as designated by the DaVita Team and after finishing their treatment, will be escorted back to their room at our facility.
